Booking & Payment Policy
- 50% Advance Required to confirm the booking
- Remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of booking

Travel & Visa Information
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date
- Visa assistance is provided by Tajjyer Travel & Tour, but visa approval is subject to embassy discretion
Cancellation & Changes
- Non-refundable components follow respective supplier terms
- Any changes (dates, names, services) must be requested within 10 days of booking
- Amendments may incur extra charges depending on availability

- If your visa is delayed, rejected, or denied at the airport or embassy, Tajjyer Travel & Tour will not be held responsible.
- In such cases, any non-refundable components (e.g. airline tickets, hotel bookings, visa fees) will be forfeited as per supplier policies.
- No refunds or alternate compensation will be provided for visa denials or immigration-related issues.
